In high school Betsy, Chuck, Craig and I would often double date. One evening while driving along I asked Chuck what the 'R' was for on the shifter. He answered "It's for Race." Whereupon I immediately through it into Race. Poor Chuck ~ that cost him a driveshaft. All of us always laughed about it years later.
